No signal, no internet: what to do, step by step

You cannot get through. Below: what to do right away, what next, when to call 112 and what to avoid. The same instructions are in the free SurvivalZone app and work without internet.
First, right now
- Send texts instead of calling. They get through more easily when the network is overloaded.
- Save battery: airplane mode when you are not expecting anything. Switch the network on from time to time.
- 112 may work through another operator even if your network is down. Keep trying.
Then
- Go to your family's agreed meeting point.
- Listen to a battery radio.
- Keep important numbers written on paper.
When to call 112
If someone is in danger, try 112 from every phone nearby.
What not to do
- Don't keep redialling the same number. It overloads the network.
