Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of survivalzone.eu, the SurvivalZone AI assistant, the 72h Survival Starter Pack and our newsletter (together, “the Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is provided by Ecommersy Dawid Marcinkowski, Poland. Contact: hello@survivalzone.eu.
2. What the Service is
SurvivalZone.EU is a free preparedness platform in beta. It includes an AI assistant that gives general guidance about emergencies such as blackouts, floods and evacuation, a free downloadable guide, and a newsletter with preparedness tips. Using the Service is free and does not require an account.
3. Not an emergency service
SurvivalZone.EU is not an emergency service and does not replace professional help. In any life-threatening situation, call 112 first. Always follow the instructions of emergency services and your local authorities, even if they differ from anything you read on our website or receive from the AI assistant.
Information in the Service is general and educational. It is not medical, legal or professional advice and it does not take into account every detail of your situation.
4. About the AI assistant
Answers from the AI assistant are generated automatically. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Use your own judgement, check important information with official sources, and never put yourself or others at risk because of an answer. During the beta the assistant may run in a limited preview mode with pre-written answers.
Please do not enter sensitive personal data into the chat. How we handle chat messages is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fair use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything illegal or to harm other people,
- try to get instructions for weapons, violence or other dangerous activities,
- overload, disrupt, scrape or automatically query the Service,
- try to bypass its limits or security measures.
We may limit or block access if the Service is misused.
6. Newsletter and the Starter Pack
You receive the 72h Survival Starter Pack and our newsletter only if you sign up and give your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any of our emails or by writing to hello@survivalzone.eu.
7. Our content
The website, texts, graphics, logo and the Starter Pack belong to SurvivalZone.EU or its licensors. You may download, print and share the Starter Pack for personal, non-commercial use, for example with your family and neighbours. You may not sell it or publish it as your own. Sharing a link to our website is always welcome.
8. Beta and availability
The Service is in beta. We may change, pause or end any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
9. Liability
We provide the Service free of charge and with care, but we cannot guarantee that the information is always complete or correct. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on general information from the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the Service or the law changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
